Best customer service ever! To be honest, from the start of my appointment till the end, this is the excellent medical support that I have ever had.

Very slow registration. No difference if u took appointment or u went walk in. Had a bad experience with late treatment. My 4 year old kid required admission but lab results was not informed to us.causing late in treatment for 3 days. Went again on the 6th day with high fever this time only knew that labs were abnormal and require admission.

Hospital has very slow staff with slow systems and too much waiting for everyone highly not recommend

I never waste time in any hospital this much. Management should improve the system to save customers valuable time.
My first experience is above 3hrs without appointment and second 2hrs with appointment.

كنت راضية جدًا خلال زيارتي لمستشفى فينيكس. و من تجربتي ، كان جميع الاطباء اللذين استشرتهم في غاية المهارة و كانت خدمة العملاء رائعة.

I was admitted in ip1. Staffs and doctors are very nice. Food was very good. They were giving rounds. One lady staffs with blazer came and asked about how I’m feeling. They are very kind and accommodating. They always check up on me since I was admitted alone. Thank you for taking care of me. ️

All staff helpful special thanks to ICU staff mr. Lupin and all ladies staff.
Thanks to dietician helps me speedy recovery and food was also good appreciate. Thanks to housekeeping department and food service department also special thanks to doctor Ahmed fathy and once again thank all nurse staffs who taken care of me. ️

Highly hygienic environment.
Treatment given by well experienced doctors.cooperative Nurses and others staff members. Found good hospitality. Thank you Phoenix for your love and care to the patient.

Very dissapointing a patient comes for a follow up and they do not give you preverence to see the doctor to discuss the report they keep taking new patients un exceptable the reception should priotiries the patients who are here for follow up as well at the ortherpedic clinic you need to change your stystem

Worst to worst service, they just sitting for money, no one is responsible. They took my sample and misplace the sample, they are not aware how to treat with patients, they just do only formalities to get insurance money only insists of start treatment even in emergency, no cure after 15 days treatment

User friendly staff and well experienced doctors. In patient service is good but no in house cafeteria. Hospital is maintained clean and hygiene with very prompt house keeping department.

Very much satisfied with overall services from phoenix hospital especially gynecology, pediatrician, and surgery department. For my second baby I chosen dr Dhakira she is very friendly and very caring she makes my delivery very fast and less painfull. It's very rare to find a doctor like her. For my children also we always prefer dr, Thomas from pediatrician department. We got a chance to consult dr Suresh royeppa from surgery department. He is also very friendly and caring, iam very thankfull to these doctors and their treatment and also i never forget the nursing department, all are very friendly & caring. We can call them at any time for everything. Thank you so much phoenix super speciality hospital for the good services

I came to Emergency for pain management. Staff were helpful.
One Mr Hamsa was very kind in comforting us during our time there and did his best to send us home with the request to the taxi driver to help us reach home since I needed help for walking. All these happened at 2 AM. The driver also helped us. Thanks for the kindness

Very poor service. I came for a minor procedure and they delayed it inexplicably. I couldn't find a valid reason for the delay that happened. I had to wait for 6 hours for getting it done. I was not informed of this after the consultation. I must say, they should learn to respect others time. I just wasted a whole day by going there.

The hospital staffs and facilities are excellent, but recently had bad experience with Doctor there. I consulted Dr. Suresh Royappan for stomach pain, he speaks limited and doesn't listen what patent says, he instructed me to take all available test for stomach pain including ultrasonic. His primary intension to make money for hospital through test. After test result came, he is not bothered to explain what is the causes and remedies for the pain.he don't even say the patent to sit when we enter his room. Very unsatisfied with his behavior. This will be my first and last to consult this doctor and never recommend him for others.

I visited the hospital few days before and the service was very good. Every staff was helpful and supportive and had a very good experience.

Take ticket from the pharmacy before consulting the doctor.otherwise u have to wait min 1hr in pharmacy
. Lol.

I will suggest to visit once and you will always go there.

Excellent hospital, the organisation and the treatment is very good. Especially the Dr. Marya Jalal, she is really good Dr. I recommend all people to go to her.

Very commercial doctors, recently had some sensitivity in my teeth and went to consult one of their dieticians doctor Reham, she suggested a filling is needed on both sides despite having no cavity and filled one of the spots which got me more pain now while chewing. And after going for a second consultation at NMC and also another doctor at phoenix, I was advised that the filling was not needed. Now am still suffering because of the pain while chewing. So please dont blindly trust these doctors and always go for second consultations.

Service is pathetic. Bad customer service. I took Covid test and didn't received result for 24 hours. Any other place its come in 10 to 12 hour.

I have visited to Phoenix hospital for my daughter under doctir shankar supervision. Doctor and staff treated her amazingly i am very satisfied with their service. Thank hou for taking care of my daughter.

We had a bad experience here, clinic 5 cashier/ staff charge us again for the consulation fee, telling that after 7 days of consultation we have to pay again, we had our first consultation last april 15 then we came back april 22, did they know how to count the days?

Dr.fathy ahmad is very good doctor as will the nurses and all the facilities her is too good and too much clean.

Poor reception, waiting more than 30 mnts for prc test, no clear answer for time need.
I will never visit this place again

Receptionist in the lobby are very helpful and accomodating which are the exact opposite in some clinics. Hotline when dialed took ages to answer so better yet go to the hospital to book an appointment. Medical staffs are professional and efficient. Would be nice to have some complimentary refreshment whilst waiting in que.

Phoenix hospital is a good hospital to take care of all your needs. The doctors are very professional, they explain each and every thing to the patient and give a good advice.

I and my wife just delivered a bouncing baby girl last month. From our first visit we were taken care of a very professional Dr. Gomathi Ponnusamy who looked after us for the 9 months. Every time we met our Doctor we were given hope and best medical care. After deliver we were allocated Dr. Shankar Rajdeo, very professional too, these 2 Doctors have been extremely friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hospital especially if you’re able to meet Dr. Gomathi and Dr. Shankar. Munna & Annah

We had a great experience. Dr Ahmad Maarouf was the one to discover she had pneumonia after we had visited 3 other drs in other hospitals over the last two months.
The staff are all helpfull and always serving with a smile.
